NATALIE REYNOLDS – MANAGING DIRECTOR AND CHIEF LEGAL COUNSEL
Natalie’s career spans 25 years in legal practice and at c-suite levels in environmental, social and governance areas. She has serviced over 300 Hikari clients in legal and ESG arenas. Her previous roles have included CEO of FSC ANZ, FSC Global 2IC, and extensive executive and board-level experience in a variety of industries.
RENEE ANDREACCHIO – CONSULTANT | PARALEGAL
Renee is a Registered BAS Agent, operational compliance genius and HR guru. She is also now completing her 4th year of a combined Law/Commerce degree and has provided integrated legal and consultancy advice for over 15 years.
ALECIA GIANIOTIS – CONSULTANT | PARALEGAL
Alecia is an FSC Lead Auditor and final year Law/Commerce student. She has provide FSC, PEFC, ILPA and HR consultancy to over 50 Hikari Clients. She has previous experience in both in-house insurance compliance teams, and payroll functions, which both assist her to provide the highest quality of compliance services to our customers.
MATTHIEU HORTENSE – SUSTAINABILITY CONSULTANT
Matthieu is a sustainability consultant with previous experience as a research analyst, assisting companies to create sustainability strategies and improve their procurement and supply chain policies. Matthieu has two master’s degrees, one in Corporate Environmental and Sustainability Management, and a Master of Laws, specialising in business law. He is also fluent in French.

Lichao’s career spans 20 years in supply chain sustainability and illegal logging compliance. Lichao has mapped supply chains and worked on supplier sourcing for many Hikari Clients.
